    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=32421">Ljemon</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5405<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2016 at 20:52<br /><br />Ja mislim da se nakon treninga pola sata do jedan sat treba primarno nadoknadit izgubljena energija a ond u toku tog istog dana,noci i u toku novog dana pa sve do iduceg treninga koristiti proteine za izgradnju misica.Zato poslje trenina dapace pizza(krh-UH,sir,sunka-proteini i masnoce,gljive,feferoni,kukuruz-minerali i vlakna,jos ako ima koji dodatak kao posni sir to su proteini+) naravno postoje i bolje varijante za brzo jelo poslje treninga kao naprimjer topli sendvic bez majoneze(ljudi cesto ovo brzo jelo smatraju kao smrt,sto nije istina),topli sendvic sadrzi mnogo toga kao kruh,jaja,sir,sunka,tuna,pršut,rajcica,krastavci,kukuruz,salata,kupus itd.]]>
