Za medjuobrok kombiniram suhe šljive (pet do šest kom)  i desetak badema, ili šalicu zelenog caja u kombinaciji s integralnim dvopekom... zadovoljna sam za sada i nastojim da mi zadnji obrok u danu ne bude poslije 19 sati... i spavanje je jako bitno prakticiram ici oko 22 sata ne kasnije (minimum 8 sati sna).]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8246">ToDi</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5378<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 20:00<br /><br />Ukoliko se želi skinuti na kilaži - bilo bi preporucljivo:<br><br>Prijepodnevna užina - 200 g voca<br>Poslijepodnevna užina - 150 g voca i 50 g sira<br><br>Povremeno možeš u popodnevnoj užini napraviti vocni jogurt u kucnoj radinosti ako te pere želja sa slatkišima - 1 dcl jogurta + mix smrznutog ili svježeg voca po izboru - blender - eto finog slatkiša. :)<br><br>A ako se želi održavati ili dodati na kilaži, onda povecavati gramažu voca i ponekada kod popodnevne užine omoguciti slatkiše, vocne kolace i sl. kao i povecani unos suhog i orašastog voca. :)<br>]]>

Ta tvoja kombinacija je pretežito masti + ugljikohidrati , a bez proteina što nije dobro ... imaš temu sa dnevnim/tjednim jelovnicima pa vidi šta ljudi pišu .. primjer mog medjuobroka evo na prvu tuna i tjestenina&nbsp;]]>
