Preko tjedna je režim kao i prije(dok sam skidao kile) a preko vikenda si priuštim malo "nezdravog"..ali ne kao prije...Naravno da dodjem u napast ..Mislim da je to vjecna borba kao primjerice nekome odvikavanje od cigareta. Ali kad imaš vec godinu-dvije jedan tempo na neki nacin predje u normalu pa je sve manje takvih situacija. Po meni za amatera rekreativca je dosta 3xtjedno neki step....Svako ce ti dodat još neki svoj savjet...ja sam ih isto cuo jako puno pa sam sam zakljucio šta je za mene ok a šta nije...Šta se tice vaganja osobno stavim na vagu jer imam fobiju da 5 malih obroka ne predje u 5 velikih pa da se opet ne vrati jer sam i ja puno puta išao u krug sa dijetama ali drugacijim nego ova kad sam promjenio stil života. Isto malo pogledaj tablice kalorija da vidiš omjere otprilike...ne trebaš se držati kao "pijan plota" toga ali meni je pomoglo...Pazi i šta piješ. To je isto važno. Sokovi, cole i alkohol nisu baš "prijatelji" sa vitkom linijom...eto ja govorim iz vlastitog iskustva...valjda ce još netko nešto svoje napisati...]]>
