Ne bi se htjela sabotirati posto imam volje za vjezbu, samo me zanimalo sto se dogodi ako treniram skoro na maksimalnom opterecenju.&nbsp;]]>

Nema razloga da se drzis u toj zoni niti ces na taj nacin brze otopiti potkozno masno tkivo.....<br>Zone tio mogu biti od koristi samo kad znas koji ti je anaerobni prag i u treninzima sportasa u odredjene svrhe, tebi zone nisu uopce bitne....<br>]]>

Skinula sam 13 kg u 4 mj, 17 cm u struku i 10 u bokovima te dobila nesto malo misicne mase. Zadovoljna sam napredkom.<br><br>Uvijek me zanimalo koliki mi je puls za vrijeme treniranja, HIIT trening i Turbofire cardio su mi teski. Razumijem da HIIT treba biti naporan (s tim sam se pomirila), no dosta tezak mi je i npr Turbo fire 45 -  izvediv ali sam znala i bez pulsmetra sam prekoracila "zonu sagorijevanja".<br><br>Odlucila sam kupiti pulsmetar i neugodno se iznenadila, za vrijeme HIIT-a puls skace do 202 (za vrijeme odmora je oko 180-186), za vrijeme Turbofire-a 180 - 190 bpm. To mi se ne cini nikako dobro posto mi sam uredaj odreduje zonu od 127 - 167, s time da mi max puls smije biti 197. <br><br><p>Ono sto mene zanima je kako mi cardio trening s tako visokim odkucajem srca utjece na tijelo? Ne osjecam neki stravican umor tijekom dana, opcenito se ne osjecam lose, masne naslage se polako smanjuju. Trebala bi za vrijeme treninga stati na malo dulje ne samo da si popijem vode ali ne znam da li to ima smisla, trebala bi skinuti jos nekih 5 -7 kg.</p><p>Hvala unaprijed na savjetima :)</p><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Elani - 19&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 21:39</span>]]>
