    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9188">pepperedangus</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5329<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 14:15<br /><br />meni je bija problem lijevi lat, trebalo mi je oko 4 mjeseca da ga "izravnam" sa desnim, nacin na koji sam to napravija je izolacijskom vježbom, al da napravim 4 serije za desni lat, i 5 serija za lijevi. gleda sam se u ogledalo svako tjedan dana i onda sam se vratija na 4/4 kad se vratila simetrija. al svakako uvik ce ti jedna strana dominirat, mada je to u vecini slucajeva neprimjetno dok ne spomeneš.]]>
