Iskreno, mene najvise trening i kretanje spasavaju - u poslednje vreme sam sjebala ishranu samo tako (mada opet nije grozna i junkerska, samo nije dobra kao sto je bila) ali opet mi se nije pogorsala forma koliko je mogla bas zato sto se vecito krecem i redovno, makar nesto treniram.<br />E sad, hiljadu je tu faktora...Genetika, pol, konstitucija, vrsta treninga, ishrana... I ne znam ni koliko mozes odraditi kvalietan trening koji ce koristiti tvom telu ako ga hranis djubretom.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6143">Wooz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5317<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 17:17<br /><br />Ja sam probao i dobar trening ( 6 puta tjedno i 7 dan satak istezanja ) + loša prehrana ( znaci jeo sam što mi padne na pamet , nisam imao PWM niti išta ) , a i probao sam slabiji trening ( 3 puta tjedno ) i jako dobru prehranu . Meni je više odgovarala ova varijanta sa dobrim treningom i tad sam i najbolje izgledao i imao najvišu kilažu ( što mi je i cilj ) . Sad možda i ne treba mene uzeti za primjer jer imam malo bolju genetiku :D<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Wooz - 10&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 17:18</span>]]>

Zašto? <br><br>Moje je mišljenje da je prehrana 60-70% rezultata, a trening ostalo, volio bih cut i tudja mišljenja i iskustva vezana uz ovu temu.]]>
