Nemojmo to mješat sa nekim fat lossom, molim te. Tracy Anderson po 100 ponavljanja sa barbie utezima, dobit ceš mišicnu izdržljivost i niš više. Pocni raditi deadlift, squat, lunges, pushups itd. Vidjet ceš veeeliku razliku za 2 mjeseca. 3xtjedno je sasvim dosta ako radis sta treba i jedes kvalitetno naravno. Prati moj blog i poslušaj savjete. Pozz]]>
