    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=397">laac</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 530<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2007 at 19:35<br /><br />da vam budem iskren tu sam vjezbu s utezima radio samo jednom,&nbsp; s utegom od š0kg, u jednoj seriji od š5 ponavljanja ( u biti cuo sam svakakve informacije o tome...jedna je cak bila da to jaca ledja <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0">) ali&nbsp; ju nisam prakticirao (iskreno neznam iz kojeg razloga, nego sam radio obicne trbusnjake, trbusnjake na pilates lopti i jos neke vjezbe za koje neznam nazive.<br><br>Za mjesec dana vjezbanja osjetio sam lagane promjene na stomaku ( tj. poceli su mi rasti trbusni misici, ali se ne vide zbog masnog tkiva) pa sam se probao informirat na ovom forumu <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">...dobio sam stvarno dobrih savjeta koji su mi istinski pomogli u radu a nadam se da ce tako bit i dalje <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
