Vide ljudi da kad ekipa trci, nose suskavce, ali ne znaju da je to za zadrzavanje topline, a ne za znojenje. <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0">&nbsp;</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Problem je u tome sto je svima problem pitati!     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26">Mr G.</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 53<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2006 at 20:24<br /><br />Dosta cesto vidjam ljude koji zele smrsavit kako nose jakne na treningu u teretani kako bi se vise oznojili, pri tome misleci da im takvo nesto pomaze pri gubljenju tezine odnosno pri mrsavljenju.<br><br>Jednom sam procitao negdje da je Vedran Jaksic rekao kako je to samo trenutacni gubitak tekucine i kako to nema direktan ucinak na samo mrsavljenje.<br><br>Sto vi mislite o tome ?<br>]]>
