    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9077">zumbalica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5296<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 14:48<br /><br />hvala vam ljudi na savjetima....odlucila sam pon, sri i pet ici na zumbu ,a cetvrtkom i nedjeljom cu vjezbati sa dvd-ima od tracy anderson, (studentica sam pa nemam para da se upisem u jos jednu teretanu <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> )... jesu dosadniiii uff ali nema veze... potrudit cu se :D<br /><br />sto se tice prehrane, danas sam jela ovako:<br /><br />u 10h - kava s mljekom 2,8%mm, bez šecera<br />u 11h - 2 fete crnog kruha s punim zrnom i 4 fete šunke + megle fruity tekuci jogurt od višnje 2,8%mm<br />u 14h - banana, manja<br />u 16h planiram jesti (vec se kuha) - piletinu kuhanu u woku sa razno raznim povrcem<br />trening imam u 19:00 i danas cu ostati na 2 sata... do 21.... <br />u 21h cu popiti 1 mjericu proteina s vodom i vjerojatno jos malo piletine u povrcu (obozavam to!)<br /><br />htjela sam vas pitati jos nesto... buduci da meni trening zumbe inace pocinje tek u 21h i traje do 22, zanima me sto preporucujete da jedem u te dane, odnosno kada da jedem UH? ujutro? popodne? ne kuzim vise nista... i sta da jedem poslije? samo whey ili i neke druge obike proteina? a UH? se mogu jesti Uh tako kasno navecer? zobene? ja sam izgubljen slucaj sta se prehrane tice... <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by zumbalica - 08&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 14:50</span>]]>

A da ne govorim o onim sitnicama koje pobacamo usput pa i zaboravimo na njih <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /> <br><br>Bilo bi dobro malo vodit dnevnik prehrane da stekneš tu svijest o tome što unosiš, koliko i kada. Neka ti ne bude tlaka malo vagati hranu, provjeravati deklaracije, pozbrajati sve te grame i zapisati sve to, tek toliko da stekneš dojam o tome kako zapravo jedeš. <br><br>S obzirom da kod tebe nije problem višak kila nego višak masnih naslaga morat ceš više pripaziti na slaganje dnevnih obroka i na trening. Ti tvrdoglavci ce otic ali moraš prvo tijelo natjerat da ih voljno otpusti, nedaju se baš tako lako, a pogotovo ne uz prehranu napamet <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br>]]>

Previše ti je u jelovniku ili ovo ili ovo, a radi se o potpuno razlicitim namirnicama nutritivno........dakle moze se desiti da uopce ne jedes proteine u dnevnom meniu ili ponekad jedes........ npr..... "za rucak neku rizu" riža sama po sebi nije nikakav obrok. onda tipa ili voce ili posni sir........ogroma je razlika izmedju te dve namirnice.......<br>Uglavnom, trebala bi povecti unos proteina u prehrani, prepraviti te obroke malo , a i kolicinski jedes manje nego bi trebala.........uz to vrlo vjerovatno odraditi koji extra trening<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9077">zumbalica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5296<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 16:30<br /><br />a ovako, 60 min 3xtjedno... trenirala sam fit box ali sam nedavno krenula na zumbu za koju mogu iz osobnog iskustva reci da mi je bolja... trening je dosta intenzivan i stvarno si intenzitet mozes prilagodjavati... nemam pojma... zbunjena sam  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />sto se prhrane tice jedem ovako:<br />ujutro zobene s mlijekom ili 2 jaja na oko. nakon otprilike 3-4 sata pojedem neko voce ili posni sir sa onim crnim kruhom sa žitaricama iz lidla&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> (samo taj kruh i jedem). za rucak neku rizu, ili piletinu, ribu itd. i obavezno povrce... i onda imam jos samo jedan obrok uglavnom lagani i jos neko voce.<br />od tekucine pijem vodu caj i kavu... bez secera!]]>
