    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9107">tomojecar</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5295<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 14:34<br /><br />Prije svega pozdrav<br>Imam 16 godina , tezak sam 83 kg i visok 191&nbsp;<div>Imam dosta " masnih naslaga " na podrucju od nogu put gore (dakle stomak , sise ) i zanima me mozete li mi koju vjezbu preporuciti u vezi tih dijelova tijela . Nedavno ima 7 dana uclania sam se u teretanu ( napokon me prosla upala misica ) , prije sam trenira waterpolo .&nbsp;</div><div>Sada dali mi mozete sastavit&nbsp;</div><div>-jelovnik ( proteini (koje i za sta su), hrana ...)</div><div>-vjezbe (vjezbe u teretani , od doma , tracanje u mom slucaju na Marjan :) )</div><div><br></div><div>Nadam se da sam sve napisa sta treba , ako vas jos sta zanima napisite da odgovorim.</div><div><br></div>]]>
