Do sada se nisam bavila nikakvim sportskim aktivnostima, naprotiv izbjegavala sam ih. Samostalno sam pocela vjezbati kod kuce jer za teretanu nemam vremena radi obaveza. Vjezbam nekih 20-tak dana i mislim da  mogu uociti blagu promjenu na svom tijelu. Cilj mi je zadrzati kilazu ,ali ucvrstiti ruke,noge i posebno trbuh. Vjezbam svaki dan u vremenskom periodu od 45 min. Radim 6 serija po 30 trbusjaka, 3 serije po 30 cucnjeva, 40 sklekova i bucicom 4 serije po 20. Zanimaju me vasi savjeti u vezi moga treninga?? Dali radim ispravno,sto promjeniti,dodati?? <br />Savjeti i kritike??<br />]]>
