Whey ti nema nikakve veze za porastom misicne mase.. Najvaznije je da si ti u kalorijskom suficitu, znaci da dnevno uneses vise kalorija nego sto si potrosio na trening+bazalni metabolizam. <br>Baci se na citanje foruma..<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9030">wroom</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5268<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 22:57<br /><br />Pozdrav, potpuni sam pocetnik i imam par pitanja, svaki savjet dobrodosao.<br>imam 21g<br>175cm&nbsp; i cca 70-73kg<br><br>htio bih malo pojacat misicnu masu, ne previse, cisto da se vidi, znaci trbuh, prsa i ruke. noge ne nuzno.<br>sto se tice redovite gym bas nisam discipliniran i nemam uvijek vremena a ni volje na kraju krajeva, posao, faks, , al u slobodno vrijeme vozim bike, i nesto po kuci 'vjezbam'. <br>trebao bi neki savjet da malo ubrzam proces do zeljenih rezultata. malo sam citao o dodatcima, i sad, dali bi whey protein pomogao u tome? ili nesto drugo. <br>savjeti, linkovi sve je dobrodoslo, od tog sto mogu kod kuce radit, do dodataka prehrani..<br><br><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" alt="Embarrassed" title="Embarrassed" /><br>]]>
