Ništa od 100 ponavljanja sa 2 kg... Nece ici <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /><br>; ne razumijem bas :)<br><br>trenirala sam dugo godina, dosta plivanja, nakon toga taekwondo, nakon ozljede koljena, <br>5 godina ne radim bas nista.. tako da ako kszes da je salo onda ok.. let be it.. <br><br>gornji dio su mi bucice od 2 kg za sada dok me ne pocne bolit toliko da vise nemogu ni prstom mrdnuti<br>to mi je doma, dok u gymu sam vise, u biti iskljucivo samo fokusirana na noge<br>a zagrijavnje mi je ergo ili bike ili orbi cisto zbog koljena....<br><br>]]>

Što radiš za noge/gluteuse, odnosno kako ti trening izgleda uopce?<br>]]>
