    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8945">ivang121</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5246<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2012 at 11:03<br /><br />Hah &nbsp; ... nemam ja za osobne trenere &nbsp;kao neka elita &nbsp;:) &nbsp; nego cisto jel vrjedi isto za mlade i stare &nbsp;? &nbsp; &nbsp;<div>Mislio sam ako bi neko mogao samo prokomentirat moje treniranje i to nista drugo ...</div><div>Znaci treniram rukomet 5 puta tjedna (radnim danima ) svaki dan doma radim po kojih 30 minuta trbusnjake sklekove i to i sada cu ubacit bucice ... &nbsp;trcim skoro svaki dan kada stignem po nekom programu sta sam vidio tu 100 metara pa sklekovi pa opet i tako to 20 min i onda otrcim 15-20 minuta lagano i to je to za jedan dan ... a prehrana je isto prema tome sta sam procitao piletina riba voce povrce &nbsp;ujutro pahuljice i to je to ? &nbsp;ako ima nesto bolje sta bi mogao radit da neko samo napise u kratkim crtama ;)&nbsp;</div>]]>
