Uh bi jeo prije i poslje treninga , ostale obroke proteine + masti.......<br>Isto tako kupio bi si par bucica kao što sam savjetovao bebolini (pogledaj topic ojacat cu ruke il tak nekaj u podforumu pocetnici) jer ovo plivanja stalnog jedno te isto i malo sklekova nije neko najsretnije rješenje.......<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8839">Mjauk</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5222<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2012 at 15:01<br /><br />Hvala na odgovoru prije svega :)<div>Sad detaljini recimo dorucak,rucak i vecera bi izgledali ovako:</div><div>-dorucak: 200ml mlijeka 1,5% ,2,3 kasike ovsenih pahuljica</div><div>-rucak : 150 do 200 max. grama pileceg filea,jedno jaje,grasak pola case</div><div>-vecera: 120g posnog sira,par kiselih krastavaca i jedna manja snita crnog hljeba</div><div>Uzine su obicno voce :)</div><div>Da li je u ovom,recimo mom danasnjem meniju premalo proteina i sta bi trebalo izmjeniti :)</div><div>A sto se tice aktivnosti ovo sto sam naveo 3,4 puta to je minimalno , jer sam recimo prosle sedmice plivao 5 dana a sklekove povecavam svaki put stim da zgib ne mogu uraditi :),ali sam poceo ove sedmice sa njima .</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8839">Mjauk</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5222<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2012 at 14:39<br /><br />E ovako... :)<div>Imam 17 godina,visok sam 168,169 :) &nbsp;i imam 64 kile.Prije sam imao mnogo vise tj.smrsao sam 20 kila za godinu.</div><div>Problem mi je i dalje stomak,tj salo oko stomaka.3,4 puta sedmicno idem na plivanje,otplivam oko 1,1,5 km.Radim sklekove svaki drugi dan oko 80ak.Prehrana bi ovako izgledala</div><div>Dorucak:ovsene pahuljice ili 1 banana,jabuka...</div><div>Uzina:jedna vocka</div><div>Rucak:Pileci file,tunjevina iz konzerve(ocjedjena),zelena salata,curetina,supa,crni hljeb,jaja,mlijeko,jogurt...</div><div>Uzina:voce,zeleni caj,bademi,ljesnjak...</div><div>Vecera:slicno kao rucak samo bez hljeba..</div><div>Znaci moje pitanje je da li je ovaj rezim dovoljan u gubitku masni naslaga ili bi nesto trebalo mjenjati :)</div><div><br></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Mjauk - 18&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2012 at 14:49</span>]]>
