Sve ovisi o metabolizmu naravno ali nije to nista opasno. Samo nemoj predrasticne rezove radit u kalorijama jer ces usporit metabolizam. Pozz]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8785">CharileBrown</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5212<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2012 at 10:13<br /><br />Dakle, ovako... prošli sam tjedan odvažno krenio na dijetu, smanjio kolicinu hrane koju inace jedem, poceo jest puno više voca nego inace, poceo više šetat, i kako mi kad dode napravim 20 sklekova, 20 trbušnjaka i 20 cucnjeva, 2-3 puta dnevno, iako neznam kako mi je to doslo napamet.&nbsp;<div>I po ovome, skinuo sam oko 2,5 kila. I to me muci, jer mislim da je to cak i nekako previše za tjedan dana. da se razumijemo, više sam nego zadovoljan s time, ali me nekako i zabrinjava, jer svugdje citam piše oko kilogram do kilogram i po na tjedan, pa se pitam jel ovo malo preagresivno iako "dijeta" nije nešto pretjerana...&nbsp;</div><div>Jeli to dobro ili pretjerano? trebam li što promjeniti?&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]>
