Možete li mi objasniti koje su prednosti treniranja svih mišicnih skupina svaki dan, u odnosu na treniranje pojedinih mišicnih skupina po danima?<div><br></div><div>Meni je cilj dobivanje mase, i u 4 mjeseca koliko treniram sam dobio 8-10 kg, a usudjujem se reci ciste mišicne mase jer nemam gotovo ništa sala. Prva tri mjeseca sam radio full body trening, a kasnije sam prešao na ovaj drugi, po savjetu iskusnijih kolega iz teretane. Uglavnom, želim i dalje dobivati na masi, pa ako mi samo možete malo pojasniti mane i prednosti obje vrste treninga?&nbsp;</div>]]>

Zasada imam 3 programa u tjednu, vježbe izvodim u 3 serije. Prve dvije serije mi traju minutu, a zadnja 2 minute, i tu onda dajem sve od sebe. Šta mislite o tome?&nbsp;]]>
