Obrok moze sadrzavati kompleksne ugljikohidrate (tjestnina, riza, krumpir - pomogucnosti sve integralno pa i slatki krumpir) i dobar komad cistog mesa. Poslije treninga klasicna kombinacija suplemenata kako i pise u clanku.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Mr G.</span>]]>
