    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=134">Ive_ri</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 518<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2007 at 18:12<br /><br />&nbsp; Na kojim kilazama treba pocet nosit remen na deadliftu, cucnju, itd...<br><br>To je naravno individualno i ovisi od covjeka do covjeka, ali zanima me na kojim kilazama vi obicno stavljate remen (ako stavljate) ?<br><br><br>Ja osobno remen stavljam samo na onoj spravi kad se nogama gura tezina prema gore (trenutno se ne mogu sjetit imena, moze bit da je leg press ili tako nesto), na tome stavljam remen barem u zadnjoj seriji jer ta sprava omogucava dizanje dosta velike tezine pa ono za svaki slucaj , a i osjecaj je nekako bolji nego bez<br><br>Pa me zanima kako vi stojite s tim stvarima<br><div style="vertical-align: bottom;"><br></div>]]>
