Ovisno o intenzitetu treninga, ali vjerujem da ti je 40-50g dovoljno.&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8641">Awelorn</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5168<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2012 at 11:53<br /><br />Pozdrav.Svima sve najbolje u novoj godini!!<br /><br />Odnedavno sam poceo vjezbati,radim po P90X programu.Jednostavno taj program mi odogovara s obzirom na obaveze.Dosta pise o njemu po internetu ali da napomenem radi se o vjezbanju svih djelova tijela.Vjezbam 5 do 6 puta tjedno.3 dana su vjezbe s utezima 2 je cardio.Cilj mi je malo izdefinirati misice i rijesit se trbuha.Inace š80 visine,84 kile.Prehrana mi je sredena,mada i tu ima mjesta za napredak.Koristim Multipowerov š00% whey protein i to iskljucivo jednom dnevno odmah nakon treninga.Moje pitanje je o glukozi naime u dm sam kupio 500g pa me zanima koliko tocno toga treba staviti u shake? I dali je to meni stvarno neophodno ipak je secer.Takoder dali da stavljam glukozu u shake i nakon cardio treninga?]]>
