    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8534">amis</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5150<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2011 at 04:08<br /><br />ovako pozdrav, radim na masi,  do sad sam u rađenju mase kao supliment koristio MASSove, i potrošio sam zadnje pakiranje, odlucio sam uzet novi od weidera, ali puno njih mi je reklo da se klonim tih MASSova jer su puni šecera i da su zadnje smece, da mi je bolje uzet whey+glukoza ili jednostavno da napravim sebi svoj mass whey+banane+med+žitarice, da je to bolje od masa, jeftinije i daje bolje rezultate. pa me sad zanima kako dozirate whey+glukoza, koji omjeri i iskljucivo u vodu? poslije ili prije treninga? i kako miksate te domace šejkove ajmo reci home made? namirnice,recepti hvala puno :))))]]>
