    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8530">reginaldo</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5147<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2011 at 22:09<br /><br />Pozz.Ovako,idem u teretanu i u zadnja 2 i po mjeseca sam skinuo oko 9kg,prije sam i bildao pa sam se kao malo izdefinisao sad hehe <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />.E sad planiram opet pocet bildat ali razmisljam uzet neke suplemente kao npr. aminokiseline i L-carnitine da i dalje gubim masti,naravno i uz poboljsanu ishranu.Treniram Muay-Thai 8 mjeseci,znaci plan bi mi bio bildanje(cilj=dobijanje misicne mase) sto znaci 3 puta sedmicno Muay-Thai treninzi i 3 puta sedmicno bildanje.Sad me zanimaju vasa iskustva sto se tice ovog mog cilja,da li bi mi bilo tesko dobiti misicnu masu zbog kardio treninga ili tesko smrsat zbog bildanja i ishrane koja prati bildanje (velik unos proteina i UH)&nbsp; ? ?&nbsp; Pozz <br>]]>
