    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8279">Physx</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5113<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2011 at 22:10<br /><br /><p>Daklem, svaki dan sma u teretani, i treniram po jednu mišicnu grupu dnevno, zanim ame da li je trenutni raspored ok, ili bi bilo odbro to malo promijeniti:</p><p>š. dan noge, 2. dan leđa + trbuh, 3. dan prsa, 4. dan ramena + ruke. i onda opet sve iznova. pauziram samo nedjelju.</p><p>ili bi možda trebalo to rasporediti ovako:</p><p>š. dan noge, 2 dan ramena, 3. dan leđa, 4. dan prsa.?</p><p>Najbitnije su mi noge, pa prsa, ramena, trbuh, leđa...</p><p><br></p><p>Danke.</p><p><br></p>]]>
