Sve si ok shvatila, cetvrti dan barem 2500 nikako manje, i po mogucnosti bez masti, više iz UH. I vježbaj ;)]]>

Znaci, imam 6š kg, š67cm, 2š g. BMR mi je š449 kcal, a TDEE je 2500 kcal. U clanku piše da od uobicajenog broja kalorija oduzimam š000, da li se to odnosi na TDEE, ili se nešto drugo racuna? Po tome bi 3 dana unosila š500 kcal, a cetvrti 2500. Hvala unaprijed na odgovoru]]>
