Nazvali su to KREA-GENIC <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley16.gif" border="0" alt="Cool" title="Cool" />, također uzima se samo jednom dnevno, prije ili poslje treninga. Možda bi trebao izgurat s ovim proizvodom do kraja pa vidjet rezultate, nebi baš još uz ovo, pio dodatne doze kreatina...? :-/</p><p>Ja sam u vježbama osjeto lagan porast snage, kakvih š0...š5%...</p><p><br></p>]]>

U biti mehanizmi se svedu na ono što smo rekli, fiziku i regeneraciju energetskog sustava. Sama hidratacija ne mora biti nešto znacajna koliko neki tvrde i ganjaju istu</p>]]>

Po meni kreatin utjece na hipertrofiju sarkoplazme što je cilj nekome tko se bavi BB i bitno mu je povecanje volumena mišica, ali da to ima velikog utjecaja na snagu, ne bih baš rekao. S druge strane, kreatin nema toliko utjecaja na hipertrofiju miofibrila koja ima utjecaja na snagu.<div><br><div>Kažem IMHO, ali ima tu pametnijih ljudi pa ce oni bolje znati...</div></div>]]>

Naravno kod uzimanja kreatina moras piti i vise vode nego inace.<br>Idealno bi bilo uzimati whey + dekstroza + kreatin (jedna mjerica = 5g) i to samo poslije treninga.<br>]]>
