Ima nas 200 na brodu, ne bi to bas dobro izgledalo kad bi svi isli sebi kuvat :)]]>

Ako nije dobro primistite ga...</div><div><br></div><div>Imam problem sa debljanjem i losom prehranom. Stvar je u tome da sam pomorac, na brodu 6 tjedana i isto toliko i doma. Na brodu je hrana masna i vecinom przena na ulju, tako da nemam bas puno izbora. Jedina alternativa masnim obrocima su kolaci :)</div><div><br></div><div>Kad dodjem doma hrana je bolja, ali sam ja toliko isfrustriran filipinsko-malezijskom kuhinjom da se najradije bacim na prsut, pancetu i sl.</div><div><br></div><div>Odavno sam presa š00kg i sad vec pocinjem izgledati zabrinjavajuce debelo - gadljivo.</div><div><br></div><div>Moje pitanje je, ako vec ne mogu izbjec tu losu hranu dok sam na brodu, postoji li neka zamjena, suplement ili sl. da barem manje tog smeca pojedem i to nadoknadim necim drugim.</div><div>Sto bi preporucili, kako i koliko...</div><div><br></div><div>Na brodu imamo 3 obroka dnevno, radimo š2h (od 0600 do š800) i postoji teretana sa nekoliko sprava...</div><div><br></div><div>Sto bi vi preporucili u toj situaciji, sto mi je za cinit? sad sam jos doma pa mogu lako nabavit stvari koje bi eventualno ponia sa sobom na brod...</div><div><br></div><div>Unaprijed hvala...</div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by STmateo</span>]]>
