    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1754">davor23</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 504<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2009 at 18:08<br /><br />a na lijevom koljenu, gdje mi je bas puknut, su mi rekli da cu biti jedno 5,6 mj off od sporta, a na desnom da je i polovica dosta da drzi koljeno.. ali ja sam sa 7 god slomio bedrenu kost na lijevoj nozi, i u bolnici su mi sjebali nogu.. zarotirali na unutra i kosti spajali.. i quadriceps mi je totalno atrofirao.. ali polako jacam noge..<br />cucanj mogu recimo duboki sa 70kg jedno 8 puta.. ekstenziju mogu sa 40kg 8 puta.. i tako.. sporo mi jacaju noge..]]>

Možda pojedincima i je bilo nekih rezultata ali nekima su i koljena otišla u klinac. Ja sam pogledala taj filmic di se objašnjavaju vježbe, sve to lijepo izgleda al sad ti to pravilno ponovi...a još se ni ne vidiš kako radiš. Pliometrija se, u prvih par treninga,&nbsp;stvarno nebi smjela izvoditi bez trenera, kako kaže fitness...</P><P>Ima jedna dobra knjiga o pliometriji..sad ne znam tocno&nbsp;ko je autor..cak su i po sportovima programi podijeljeni...i cini mi se puno manje brutalna od alerta di se svaka vježba radi po 200 ponavljanja heh....</P><P>slažem se sa marinom, samo skokovi....obicni, iz cucnja...skakanje preko vijace....ojacat noge, trbuh, leđa..</P>]]>
