Eh sad, kako je pravilno vježbati na steperu? Podignuti na prstima ili skroz spuštena stopala? Receno mi je da trebam osjetiti mišice u guzi u suprotnom ne izvodim vježbu dobro. Ja osjetim mišice u listovima i u gornjem dijelu noge..Radim nešto krivo? ]]>

Mislim, koliko se uopce koncentriraš na to da ti baš oni odrade veci dio posla? Koliko se kreceš tokom dana? Kažeš da dosta sjediš..to je jedan od problema - ja se, kada moram dugo sjedit, znam svako malo dignut i prošetat malo...ili odradit par vježbica nabrzinu :) ili cak malo stišcem gluteuse dok sjedim <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /> ..bilo što samo da se ne zalegne to uporno dosadno dupe. Btw. nabaci koji sprint <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><br><div>Pa ne previše, ma gornji dio je Ok, problem mi je spoj sa nogama, kako njega da ucvrstim?</div><div>Radim iskorake sa šipkom, cucnjeve, mrtvo dizanje, swing sa girjom, u zadnje vrijeme koristim gymstick spojim dvije gume ubacim nogu, kleknem rukama držim stick a nogu izvlacim prema nazad i prema gore, to me totalno iscrpi pa valjda i djeluje.</div><div>pošto dugo sjedim (auto, ured), što savjetuješ, duži intervali stiskanja pa opuštanja ili kraci?</div><div><br></div><div>Thnks!</div>]]>

Ili ako nabacam dosta kardia na tjednoj bazi pa pimplam sa hranom..tu se pocinje dosta opuštati onda - trbušni izlijecu ko ludi, a guza ode prema podu <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /> Nastojim balansirati sve da to nekako napreduje, prihvatila sam se zadatka da nabacim par kila ove zime i radim na tome da izgradim što više, a skidat cu kasnije.....uglavnom, vidjet cu tamo negdje pred ljeto dal cu se smijat il plakat hehe....<br><br>A što se tvojih treninga tice...koliko tu forsiraš gluteuse? Uglavnom dosta naporni treninizi. Od ovih vježbi za gluteuse neke radim, neke ne, uglavnom jasno mi je da opuštanja nema i da treba guslati non stop.</div><div><br></div>]]>
