Godinu dana treniram kardio 3xtjedno. mišici su mi lijepi izduženi i vretenasti ali bi ih htjela malo ojacati pa sam si zato skinula s neta vježbe koje se rade na podu (stila pilates) s Tracy Anderson.<br /><br />Zanima me kada bi bilo idealno raditi te vježbe s obzirom na to da pon, sri i pet imam kardio treninge... dali da ih radim u te dane poslije treninga ili u dane kad nemam kardio trening?<br /><br />Unaprijed zahvaljujem&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
