Imam par pitanja! Naime nakon nekih šš mj vježbanja dostigao sam željenu mišicnu masu a sad bi htio riješit se suvišnih masti pa me zanjima kakve treninge sad primjenjivat i kako? Trenutno peije treninga koristim Dymatize liquid l-carnitin a nakon terninga Twinlab š00% whey protein! Prehrana je uredna! Dal uzet još nešto od suplemenata ili nešto izbacit od ovog? Inace visina š82cm, težina 84kg! Hvala!]]>
