Shvati da neki od nas možda imaju i više iskustva i znanja i da to što je netko to napisao na nekom forumu ne znaci da je najbolji izbor.&nbsp;</p><p>Taj trening nema puno veze s ekplozivnošcu. A što se tice naših preporuka, u svemu postoji metodika i progresija. &nbsp;Tako da ti te fore sa najtežim stvarima na pocetku ne drže vodi. Postoje stvari i organizacija koja ce te dovesti do cilja i ona koja nece. A tvoja preporuka nece. Našao sam na jednom stranom forumu davno, za pocetak explozivnosti je ovo savršeno jer ti taman ojaca cijelo tijelo prije nego kreneš na teže stvari za explozivnost kao što su kombinacije vijace, sprinteva, box skokova itd.<br><br>(sarcasam on)<br>Isto tako se ispricavam što sam zaboravio da smo na ovom forumu svi "utrenirani i extreme" pa je potrebno odmah krenuti sa najtežim stvarima.<br>(sarcasam off)<br><br>što se tice brzine i explozivnosti isto tako preporuka šta nitko nije napisao, ja sam zaboravio u inicijalnom postu spomenut a to su programi:<br>- insanity workout (60dana)<br>- insanity asylum (30dana)<br><br>Peace<br>]]>

Ako nema gdje uciti, neka se drži pliometrije i speed worka.&nbsp;</p><p>Inace je post sasvim tocan i potpisujem ga i ja :)</p>]]>
