Probaj malo pratiti šta radi tj koje mišicne skupine obradjuje na treningu  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Iskombiniras neke vjezbice visokog inteziteta pa se igras s rad/odmor. Meni je ovaj HIIT koji je Extreme dao posluzio prvih 2 mj. Onda sam presla na ovu drugu combo- 4 * tj teretana/trx + duze setnje. Sto se tice kettlbell-a mozes i s njim dobar trening napravit, posebno ako imas 2 i jos razlicitih tezina  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
