Luk i cesnjak se narezu na sitne komadice i pileca prsa isto. Zelje rezite na rezance. Na vodi pirjajte luk i cesnjak i nakon par minuta dodajte pp poklopite lonac i ostavite da se skuha kada je piletina vec skuhana dodajte zelje. Kad se zelje omeksa onda je gotovo zdravo i 0. Bude slatkasto i fino. <div></div><div>Svježi sir i narezene svježe paprike, dobro posoljeno, izrezano u neke male posudice za posluživanje. Bude super, kako je netko vec tu nabrojao :)</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Šampinjoni s jajima ili bez jaja. Sto grama šampinjona ima samo 26 kcal!!!! A jako su zdrave!</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Ako netko želi nešto slatko, bez puno kalorija, neka kupi kompot od ananasa, LIGHT. Ima ih u limenkama - 100 grama oko 70 kcal, limenka je 330 grama. Popržiti s jedne i druge strane dok ne dobiju lagano smedju boju, podliti s malo vode- da ne zagori, pokriti i smanjiti. Za prilog kuhani krumpir preliven umakom od pecenja piletine, ili ako se ima malo više vremena,još bolje, kuhani krumpir dodati u popržen poriluk, sol( ili vegeta), papar, neki zacin, promiješati i to je to. Kad je krumpir gotov i piletina je gotova.]]>

Mislim da je gotovo za 10 minuta. Svo povrce se danas može kupiti vec naribano, narezano u vecim ducanima. Uz to neka salata :)</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1938">Kate</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4930<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2011 at 14:25<br /><br />Super Friendly <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br />Nešto slicno sam i sama znala radit prije, ali samo od pomidora, i da, mi Dalmatinci smo ju zvali šalša iako ju ja ponekad iz zezancije zovem i salsa kao jedan od mojih omiljenih plesova. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br />na laganoj vatri krckam pomidore dok se fino ne raskaše, s tim se može i ne mora kuhati i š ljuti feferon (iz staklenke) i na kraju kad je skroz gotovo posipam origanom i peršinom.<br /><br /><br />Još jedna ideja je - ako imate neko hladno pecenje od dan ranije , kupiti vec ribanu ili sam naribati bucu, a može i nekoliko manjih tikvica, pa napraviti od njih varivo - dinstati sa pasiranom rajcicom (iz tetrapaka, ne iz tube) i cešnjakom dok dovoljno ne omekša, ne treba al dente ali ne treba ni ubit ih kuhanjem <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br /><br />Neki dan sam jednostavno "pobacala" u lonac što mi je došlo pod ruku - karfiol, brokulu, prokulice, tikvice, krumpir na kockice i ulila vode samo da prekrije povrce - 20-ak - 30 min sam kuhala bez dolijevanja dodatne vode, a dio tekucine je ispario, posoliti po vlastitom ukusu i pustiti da pokuha što više tekucine.<br />Na kraju dodati odoka pasirane rajcice i pustiti da se zgusne. kad je finito - isto svježi sjeckani/kosani peršin na to i servirati uz neki izvor proteina.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />]]>
