Nakon 2 godine ovi koji su vježbali samo sa girjama su imali bolje rezultate od prvih iako neke vježbe nisu nikada ni radili !<div><br></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7846">Cofaa</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4928<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2011 at 22:36<br /><br />Pozdrav ekipo<br /><br />Evo zanima me da li oblik treninga s girjama je dobar i da li ga upotrebljavaju sportaši u vremenu kondicijskih priprema inace treniram nogomet pa me zanima da li bi mi pomogao ovaj tip treninga jer u ovom trenutku se više baziram na vježbama i treninzima za poboljšanje brzine i eksplozivnosti ali ubacim koji i trening snagee s utezima pa me zanima da li bi te utege girja mogla zamjenit? ? :D<br />Savjeti i iskustva sa girjama su od svakog dobro došla..;)]]>
