Njega bi kombinirano sa nekom crobnom aktivnošcu.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><div>Bench press</div><div>Lateral raise</div><div>Barbell row</div><div>Hammer curls</div><div>Kickbacks</div><div>Deadlifts</div><div>Static lunge</div><div>Squats</div></div><div><br></div><div>E sad, mene zanima koliko je ovo dobro za nekakav pocetak? Program sam mislio raditi 3x tjedno, svaku vježbu 3 serije sa š0-š2 ponavljanja s time da bi težine u svakoj seriji povecavao.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
