Nemoj da te obeshrabri to sto neces odmah poceti vidljivo gubiti kile. Gubljenje kila ti je kao i dobivanje - proces koji <U>ne pocinje odmah</U>, ali kad krene.....     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=62">tare</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 492<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2007 at 10:58<br /><br />U fazi sam mrsavljenja i kile su vec pocele da idu dole,dodatno bih volio i malo oblikovati tijelo,definisati ga,ali mi je stari nacin ishrane vec malo dosadio a mensecini i mome organizmu jer se stalno osjecam iscrpljeno i umorno.Htio bih uvesti novi meni ishrane,pa bih zelio da mi pomognete ako treba nesto dodati ili oduzeti itd.<br><br>dorucak-muesli sa polumasnim mlijekom<br>medjuobrok-dvije vocke ili 7-8 manjih sljiva<br>rucak-obicno neka corba uz malo mesa,nemasna pita,crna riza<br>medjuobrok-piletina i malo poslije toga tunjevina( ulje iscjedim) sa par dvopeka<br>za veceru malo posnog sira (mlaid kravlji sir)<br>otprilike&nbsp; 4 litra vode dnevno,jer trcim skoro svako jutro pa budem uzasno zedan tijekom dana<br>Sve ovo kuham ili pecem na maslinovom ulju<br>Dodatno popijem svaki dan mineralno-vitaminski ABC Komplex od Natural Wealtha<br>trcanje 5x sedmicno veoma rano ujutro,ancrobni trening 3x sedmicno sa utezima,trcanje uz stepenice šx sedmicno,plivanje svaki vikend po 45 minuta<br>sta mislite strucnjaci?<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by tare</span>]]>
