Nema potrebe miješati vježbe za prsa i tricepse, ovako umaranjem tricepsa ne možeš kvalitetno izvesti vježbe za prsa.&nbsp;</div><div>Uvijek prvo napravi sve vježbe za veliku, pa tek onda za malu mišicnu skupinu.</div>]]>

Prije kad sam radio split sam se bolje osjecao , a i izgledao bolje i imao vise kg nego kad sam radio full body . Sad mozda u teoriji jeste bolje full body , ali kad ja vidim da meni tijelo najbolje reagira na split trening onda radije radim tako&nbsp;</div>]]>

Jednostavno mi ne odgovara full body . Primarno vjezbam jer se bolje osjecam , a kad radim full body ne osjecam se dobro uvijek mi je muka , a ne osjecam da sam dovoljno "uradio" misic kao kad radim ovakve treninge . Mozda cu se prebaciti na full body , ali za sad bi krenuo sa ovim pa zato i trazim neke kritike ovoga treninga , a kasnije cu vidjeti mozda upper/lower ili full body zavisi kako budem osjecao da mi odgovara&nbsp;</div>]]>
