    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3180">Furai</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4899<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2011 at 18:40<br /><br />Ja sam vec neko vrijeme na svojoj verziji 5x5, koji radim ovako:<br><br>Pon:<br>Cucanj (Volume) 5x5<br>Bench (Loading) 5x5<br>Pendlay Row (Loading) 5x5<br>Good Morning (Volume) 5x5<br>Trbusni<br><br>Sri:<br>Cucanj (Light) 5x5<br>Deadlift (Volume) 5x5<br>Press (Volume) 5x5<br>Zgibovi 4xotkaz<br>Biceps/Triceps 3-4x8-š0<br><br>Pet:<br>Cucanj (Loading) 5x5<br>Bench (Volume) 5x5<br>Pendlay Rows (Volume) 5x5<br>Good Morning (Loading) 5x5<br>Trbusni<br><br>Svaki tjedan na svim vjezbama tezine idu gore za par postotaka. <br>Nakon 4 tjedna takvog treninga ide 5 tjedana Deload/Intensification gdje smanjujes broj setova i ponavljanja, ali pojacavas postotke na kilazama.<br>Nakon toga vracas se na prvobitnu shemu.<br><br>Zakljucak - Illyev post iznad :)<br>]]>
