Procitaj atribute tih somatotipova i pronađi onaj u kojem te najbolje opisuje (odnosi se na tjelesnu kompoziciju), ili u specijaliste da te dijagnosticira tocno kako i šta, samo šta ce te to koštat puno.</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6562">Passiongym</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4882<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2011 at 09:15<br /><br />A jeste sad zbunili jadnog covjeka. :D<br /><br />Ajd ne opterecuj se sada s time nego malo procitaj po forumu kako se pravilno kombiniraju namirnice, izracunaj si kolko kalorija ti dnevno treba, od toga oduzmi cca 300-500 kcal, to si raspodijeli u 5 obroka i deri :D Pazi da ti je vecina kalorija iz proteina i složenih UH, malo zdravih masti tipa laneno/maslinovo ulje i to je to.  Malo se prati, mjeri, vagaj i ak vidiš da se ne mrdaš s mrtve tocke smanji još za cca š50-200 kalorija dnevni unos hrane il ak pak prenaglo mršaviš (više od recimo š,5 kg/tjedno) onda si dodaj još malo kalorija. <br /><br />Ono što je najbitnije je da se prije dijete fino izvagaš, izmjeriš i da to isto radiš svaka dva tjedna kako bi mjerio svoj napredak. Za pocetak ak se držiš toga, to je više nego dovoljno bez obira koji si tip građe.<br /><br /><br />]]>

Bar po sebi znam pošto sam neki mezo/endo, znate i sami kakve pizdarije izvodim sa hranom&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />&nbsp;ali evo, sacekajmo da on odgovori da mu znamo bar pružit neke osnovne upute za prehranu.]]>
