Cilj je pokušati objasniti nacin izvođenja vježbi, popraviti tehniku i dati neke smjernice za rad kod kuce, a da se to ne naplati š50kn/sat :)]]>

Mislim, odlicna je stvar raditi sa dva kbella ali kad vec (vjerovatno) nemaš mogucnosti nabaviti po dva kbella od svake težine savjetujem ti da kupiš težu...možda cak i 24kg.]]>

Znao sam da ce ti se svidjeti :))&nbsp; Eksplozivnost...prije svega je potrebno biti eksplozivan u "dizanju", a forsirano spuštanje u obliku "hike pass" tehnike koju rade rugbyijaši i igraci americkog nogometa kad zapocinju napad, predstavlja nešto napredniji dio tehnike swinga. Ipak, ako želiš zagurati š5 ili više swingova u tih 20 sekundi koliko traje jedna serija u tabati, morat ceš upotrijebiti "hike pass" tehniku - povlacenje kettlebella u zamah kukovima...<br><br>Trapez? Probaj Snatch - the tzar of kettlebell lifts :))<br><br>Ako ti je press prelagan sa š6kg, a ocito jest, probaj ga raditi bottoms up - kettlebell je okrenut naopako. To je odlicno za poboljšavanje gripa koji ti u penjanju defnitivno treba :)<br><br>Seminar...hm. Bit ce sad predstavljanje u nedjelju 9. š0. u sklopu nekih borbi na "Only Men Stuff"...ali to ce biti više prezentacijskog karaktera bez mogucnosti nekog ucenja.<br>Trenutacno nemam ništa takvo u planu, ali dalo bi se nešto organizirati.
