Ali što sa onim što nas je i dovelo do skupljanja kila, sa hranom? Ne moraš biti na jednom mjestu da biš shvatio kako si se uopce doveo do sadašnjeg stanja i kako biš se mogao pravilno hranit, jel tako <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><br>Ako si se bavio nogometom toliko, vjerojatno si nastavio jesti isto, a dosta smanjio potrošnju energije. Pronađi prvo u kojoj hrani je problem pa onda razmišljaj kako treninge uklopiti u raspored....inace, da je biti zdrav i zgodan lako, bez prolivenog znoja i pokoje žrtve , svi bi to bili <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7847">deda28</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4843<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2011 at 21:04<br /><br />pozz svima ...ovo je divna stranica koju sam nasao... :)<br />neopisivo mi je drago da sam pronasao nekog realnog u stvarima gdje mi svi puno pametuju..<br />imam problem s kilama...udebljao sam se š0 kg i ne i de dole...<br />visok sam š82 a imam 90 kg...zasto...radim po cijeloj Europi i nikad nisam na jedno mjestu da bi mogao intenzivno trenirat...bavio sam se nogometom š5 godina...imam 29 godina i zelim bit zdrav i zgodan jos dok mogu i imam snage za sebe...molim savjet neki ...puno hvala...:))]]>
