Naime, dok sam vozio bicikl, udrio sam u neciju loptu i pao sa bicikla, i skršio lijevu ruku, ponajviše rame. Daleko od toga da je nisam pokušao izbjeci, ali okolnosti su bile poprilicno nevjerojatne.</div><div><br></div><div>I tako sam morao prestati sa dijetom i svime i jesti neku standardnu "bolesnicku" hranu, bez vježbanja, itd.</div><div>Trenutno se još uvijek oporavljam, još mi je ostalo mjesec dana i š tjedan oporavka.</div><div><br></div><div>Pa eto... nece grom u koprive, al oce u mene :( . cujemo se još valjda.</div>]]>

Ako si vec vidio kako treninzi izgl., kad je full body, pretežito radim kalisteniku, znaci glavne vježbe u tom danu su mi cucanj, zgibovi, dipsi, trbušni i sklekovi + utezi. Evo ti napisao sam da cu odgovorit kasnije navecer (jucer) i nisam mogao nakon treninga sam se samo srušio u krevet i zaspao, i evo tek sad u 7 ipo ujutro odgovaram dok jedem hrpu zobenih&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Sebastiane, pijem tabletice od ribljeg ulja svaki dan, još uz to da svako 3. dan imam ribu za rucak + sada cešce jedem tunu u salamuri nego posni za veceru, jel to dovoljno o-3 ili treba još?</div>]]>
