A ovo sam sam osmislio posto doma imam samo traku za hodanje ipar utega, a svi programi se ugl odnose na dosta sprava i opreme...alove za teretanu nema, a i zivim dosta daleko od bilo ceg te vrste. <br><br>Btw kad kazem cucnjevi s utezima to mislim na obicne cucnjeve s utezima u ispruzenim rukama...jel to ucinkovito uopce?<br><br>A hvala mr.g. ...samo sam se zabunio i editiro post...nisam mislio nazgibove nego da dipseve...i nije ono na traci trcanje, bas je brzohodanje na uzbrdici...<br><br>a vidjet cu kak ce mi ic...a kolko cu imat snage, tolko cu radit<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by yeah</span>]]>
