Obavezno sam na orbitreku 30 minuta, nekada i više. Zanima me da li bi bilo bolje da jedan dan uz orbitrek vježbam ruke, a drugi dan orbitrek i noge ili da vježbe za ruke i noge ubacim u isti dan?]]>
