    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4810<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2011 at 23:42<br /><br />Ima da i nejasno mi je to koliko variraju formule, zato su sranje sve........ja sam usporeπivo par njih od ljudi koje smatram ok i kad sam nasao da su mi se 2-3 misljena poklopila dosao sam do ovih brojki o kojima govorim, tako da sam koristim te formule vezane uz BF i lean masu , koja je zapravo najbitnija za hranit........<br>Nek proba pa vidi i onak je kak velis sve okvirno i prema tome korigira. Prve kg i moze izgubit i preko 2 kg tezine bez beda , do 4 max i mozda se i desi to kod osoba sa dosta kg viska zbog vode i pocetnog soka, ali brzo&nbsp; poslje se slazem da ne prek 2 kg mjesecno, tj 0,5 tjedno........<br>jedino kak sam rekel , ja nebi rezao toliko kalorija od odrzavanja, al nebi isao niti toliko visoko s njima........<br>u savkom slucaju ne dolazit u napast rrzat hranu da ubrza jos skidanje kg<br><br>Na kolko si ti kg i kalorija unosa dnevno otprilike sada?<br><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by The Phoenix</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4810<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2011 at 23:28<br /><br />hmmmm, nekak se nebi slozio s tim brojem kalorija, 4200 mi se cini pa skoro pa duplo previse, to mi je prije da oce neku masinu nabit&nbsp; :)<br>A i 3500 , odnosno 700 kcal minusa mi je&nbsp; too much kalorija ispod.........<br>Nailazio sam na neke formule koje su jako odstupale od vecine, ali one koje uglavnom vidjam i okvirno koristim mi govore (iz glave jer neznam na pamet tocno) da mu maintainance nije&nbsp; preko 2800..... + - 00<br>Govorim o formulama koje koriste bf kao faktor, njegov je ajmo racunat 20 % , poslje tog je i nebitno ak ima veci..........<br>I jos jedna stvar kod koje ljudi dost grijese.............kada pocnu skidat kg, a povecavat misicnu masu (naravno ovisi dal je pocetnik, kako trenira da se to zaista i dogodi,a ne da se sam przi na kardiu <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />) prema manjku kg tokom napretka jedu manje, a nako n odredjenog perioda je potrebno jest vise jer je lean masa povecana i skuplja za hranit pa time stvaraju extra dodatni deficit nepotrebni koji im sabotira porast misicne.......<br>]]>
