Zelio bih si sastaviti neki program za trening s utezima.Nasao sam ih i previse na stranicama foruma itd.. Ali neke vjezbe nemogu napraviti jer nisam u mogucnosti nemam tu spravu ili sipku za zgibove.Od spravama imam bench , 2 bucice i klupu za trbusnjake. Imam š5 godina. Visok sam š82cm i imam 72kg. Volio bih dobiti na masi i procito sam mnogo treninga ali neke vjezbe mogu raditi neke ne pa bih volio ako bi si htjeli uzeti malo vremena pa mi napisati samo kako bih trebao vjezbati i koje vjezbe bih mogao raditi sa time sto imam. Unaprijed se zahvaljujem.</p>]]>
