Tak da bu ti ta priprema i planiranje najbolje moguce iskorišteno vrijeme jer ak sam uletiš radit bilo kaj bez reda i plana na kraju ništ od rezultata i potrošila si puno, puno više od ovih 2 tjedna&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7379">ArcticCat</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4741<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2011 at 15:58<br /><br />Helou everybody!<br>š7 sati radim, 6 sati spavam, onaj jedan oodpada na tuškanje i sl.(sva sreca još samo 2 tjedna)<br>Tražim ideju...cega se primiti dok se vratim u normalu??<br>Za teretanu nemam vremena,al imam toliko vremena da odradim trening doma.<br>Moj problem je špekec na trbuhu,onak, ko djeciji šlauf za plivanje, i salasta leđa ko engleski buldog.<br>Imam 3š godinu, š,67, i 60 kg. Noge su mi ok, definirane, bez celulita, al bi "pozadinu" valjalo ucvrstit,(da ne velim povecat).<br>što se tice prehrane...prolazi sve osim mlijeka! Uvijek jedem pomalo al puno puta dnevno. cim progledam razmišljam o hrani tak da mi je vježbanje na prazan želudac nezamislivo! Btw, volim kuhat!<br>Želim skinuti špekec,zategnuti mišice i ojacati noge da mogu motor gurat u rikverc!<br>Eto, ako ima nade za mene rado cu prihvatiti vaše savjete!<br>Phew...previše sam rekla za pocetak!<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>]]>
