    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=377">ozbro</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 473<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2007 at 12:38<br /><br />ovako,ja sam pocetnik i uglavnom nista neznam, pa vec dulje trazim na netu programe/savijet za definiranje misica i uglavnom nisam nista nasao...svi programi su za snagu,kondiciju,masu itd. a mene zanima kako definirati misic? ja npr. prirodno imam jake ramena, ruke i proporcinalno sam gradjen... ali sema je ta da kad mi je ruka opustena ili napeta nemam niti š0 posto razlike u volumenu nadlaktivce... dakle htio bih ucvrstit cijelo tjelo. kako???&nbsp;]]>
