Predlazem ti da uh jedes samo ujutro. Npr. 40 g muslija s malomasnim mlijekom, a kako je 40 g muslija stvarno maaala kolicina, &nbsp;izrezi si&nbsp;u to neku breskvu ili nektarinu. To ce te sigurno zasititi. </FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Sto se drugih obroka tice, jedi sto vise <U>povrca</U> u kombinaciji s mesom.</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>A za skidanje ovih 2, 3 kg koje smatras suvisnima najbolje ti je neko vrijeme skroz <U>izbaciti veceru</U>. Ja se tada natacem crnim cajem s malo mlijeka da ubijem glad i tih par kila ti ide samo tako. <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></FONT></P>]]>

Obzirom da postoje skrobasti i vlaknasti UH,da li se i oni mogu kombinovati izmedju sebe ili se jedu zasebno? I kako to sve ide sa proteinima?</P><P>&nbsp;Da napomenem,da mi treba 2-3 kg manje,znaci jako se mucim da dodjem do zeljene linije.<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"></P><P>&nbsp;Zato moram malo strozije da vodim racuna o ishrani. Pomagajte.
